What makes a good pitch

Send a short outline of the central idea, what a reader will understand or be able to consider, and why the subject suits this publication. A strong pitch has a clear angle rather than a broad theme, avoids promising a guaranteed outcome and does not depend on unsupported claims or private stories shared without permission.

The kinds of work we welcome

We are interested in fresh explanations, careful comparisons, thoughtful accounts of a creative practice and pieces that examine a common assumption. Proposals should offer a useful perspective without turning into professional advice, product promotion or a generic list of productivity rules.

How to send a proposal

Use the Contact page and choose the editorial question option to introduce your proposal. Include a working title, a short summary and any relevant context about the material you are offering. Please do not send a complete article unless it has been requested.
